As we all already knew, Terrabit is the customer’s best business partner for IT solutions and services globally. But also, as per my own perspective, their leadership qualities and support have earned much deserved respect. Thanks for being a friendly and open-minded organization whose support has brightened my professional career. As an employee, I have been inspired by the unique company culture, strong sense of accountability, aligned HR practices and excellent execution. From the day of the interview arrangement to today, I have recognized that Terrabit has open and honest communicators on flexibility, co-operation, support, empowerment, respect and understanding the employees’ requirements. Based on my experience with this organization, I can feel and realize that there is always an encouragement towards open communication, a concentration towards work-life balance and employee development. When it comes to my personal experience, Terrabit is the first organization for me who gave an onsite opportunity to understand the real time international culture, way of work and arrangement on building rapport with different professional communities. Also, the greatestof my experiences with them is that I never have to hesitate to co-ordinate with Human Resources (HR) team in the case of any assistance required because they are always friendly and always keen to assist. Especially during this pandemic situation due to Covid-19, Terrabit continued their communications and enquired about my family’s and my safety. And I was also informed to contact them for any assistance which is very important, personally and professionally. So, my personal view on Terrabit is that this is a great place to work and is an excellent organization for employee growth as well as for job security, along with decent salaries.
